SVG to PNG converter

Turn logos, icons and illustrations from SVG into crisp PNGs at the exact width you need. Because SVG is vector, it is redrawn sharply at any size.

Private by design: everything happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

How to convert SVG to PNG

  1. Add one or more .svg files.
  2. Choose the SVG output width: 512 px for icons, 2048 px or more for print.
  3. PNG is already selected, so transparent backgrounds stay transparent.
  4. Download your PNGs or a ZIP of all of them.

Vector vs raster

An SVG describes shapes mathematically, so it stays sharp at any size. A PNG is a grid of pixels. Converting fixes the size, which is why you choose the width before converting: pick the largest size you'll need.

Need a JPG instead? Use the full image converter, which also turns SVG into JPG or WebP.

Frequently asked questions

What size should my PNG be?

Use 512โ€“1024 px for app icons and web use, 2048 px for slides and documents, and 4096 px for large prints. The height follows the SVG's proportions.

Why does my converted SVG look different?

SVGs that rely on web fonts or external images can render differently, because those resources aren't loaded for safety. Convert text to outlines in your design app before exporting.

Is it safe to open untrusted SVG files here?

Yes. SVGs are drawn as plain images, so any scripts inside them never run and external links are never loaded.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Conversion happens in your browser on your own device, so your images never reach our servers.
